The LH11-1 FPSO is an 80,000 t cylindrical structure that responsible for the processing, storage, and offloading of process oil from existing newly developed oilfields. In this paper, a full probabilistic analysis was based on very detailed CFD simulation results to evaluate ventilation, gas dispersion, explosion, fire scenarios. A explosion risk performed NORSOK Z-013 FABIG Technical Note 11. risk-based calculations were applying FLACS, KFX, DNV GLEXPRESS Fire. Finally, fire, consequence risks calculated under credible combination leak frequency location. By analysis, it found west wind could generate optimal ventilation conditions topside area compared other directions, while hull region poorly ventilated all directions. showed system would take no action in terms according acceptance criteria 10−4 occ/year. Meanwhile, demonstrated PR1 first second deck, PR2 starboard, base flare tower have different impacts deck at be severely impacted regions.
